Developers often do not have the support and expertise in marketing and taking care of a potential buyer. As a company we try and enrich the developer's product by providing that service to you as well as being able to offer you alternative solutions if the specific investment is not what you are looking for.

We are in the real estate business for the long term, looking to build solid relationships with our investors over time. We make sure we do our due dilligence so that our investors make healthy profits and therefore return to us when they are looking for a new investment.

opportunity to pay our clients rather than our clients paying us.

Inspection Trips

As part of our service to our clients we also provide inspection trips for our clients to go and have a look at the area of interest, or at specific or a number of developments. A typical inspection trip can be between 1 and 4 days depending on location and requirement where the clients will have access to financial and legal assistance to help with any questions the investor might have.

Financial and Legal Services

Once our clients are happy to move forward with their investment, we have financial and legal partners in place in the various countries in which we will refer our clients to if needed, to help make the buying process as easy and complicated as possible.

After Sales

Our after sales service being able to offer our clients furniture packs and management solutions where required.

Monthly Newsletter

We have a monthly newsletter in which we release and promote new developments which can be subscribed to in the subscriptions section.
